ADAM SMITH’İN ULUSLARIN ZENGİNLİĞİ KİTABINDA TATARLAR VE ARAPLAR BAHSİ

ABSTRACT
Adam Smith, in his book The Wealth of Nations, mentioned the social, political, administrative, judicial, cultural, military, religious and historical activities and situations of some civilizations and nations from the first ages until to the time he wrote his work from a socio-economic perspective. The Arabs and Tartars also spoke of the sociological stages of society as simple and less costly, warring nations, which remained in the shepherd era. He has dealt with the Arabs and Tartars, who have played a very important role in history, in many places and generally in different places, together with the above issues, and in some places independently. Therefore, in this study, we discussed Smith's view of Arabs and Tatars and their thoughts about them together. In this book, although Smith called Arabs and Tatars barbarians, however he did not neglect to give examples from them on some important issues.

 ÖZET
Adam Smith, Milletlerin Zenginliği kitabında, ilk çağlardan başlayarak bu eseri yazdığı zamana kadarki bazı medeniyetlerin ve milletlerin sosyal, politik, yönetim,yargı, kültürel, askeri, dini ve tarihi faaliyetleri ile durumlarından sosyo- ekonomik bakış açısıyla bahsetmiştir. Araplar ve Tatarlar’dan da yine aynı şekilde özellikle, sosyolojik toplum evrelerinden çobanlık döneminde kalmış, basit ve az masraflı, savaşçı uluslar olarak  bahsetmiştir. Tarihte çok önemli rol oynamış olan Araplar ve Tatarlar’ı  farklı yerlerde çokça ve genelikle yukarıdaki konularda birlikte, bazı yerlerde de bağımsız olarak ele almıştır. Bu nedenle biz de bu çalışmamızda Smith’in Araplar ve Tatarlar’a bakışını ve onlar hakkındaki düşüncelerini birlikte ele aldık. Smith bu eserinde,  Araplar ve Tatarlar’a her ne kadar barbarlar dese de bazı önemli konularda sıkça onlardan örnekler vermeyi de ihmal etmemiştir.

Experiencing Malaria Earlier Aggravates the COVID-19 Symptoms Senol Dane Murat Akyuz     ABSTRACT Introduction: In the present study, the effects of the frequency of experienced malaria and flu/cold on the symptom severity in patients with COVID-19 were investigated. Materials and Method: Subjects were those who experienced COVID-19 and recovered. Eighty-one subjects were included in the study. All of them were voluntarily to participate in this study (51 men and 30 women). Out of 81 cases, 48 were expat and 33 were Nigerian. Data was collected by using an online survey. The survey was shared by using social media. Results: The number of symptoms and overall symptom severity were higher in people with 2 or more malaria than in people with 1 or zero malaria in the last year.
