Development of The Modern Uzbek Women’s Literature in Afghanistan Assoc. Prof. Murat AKYUZ Abstract The history of Afghanistan and its social and cultural conditions were the basis for the continuation of the Chagatai literature of the classic and late periods. The Modern Uzbek Literature in Afghanistan develops the traditions of the Chagatai literature, because it still practices the classic quatrains in the style of ghazal and rubai in prosodic rhythm. In Afghanistan the Uzbek women's poetry uses motifs of Layla and Majnun, the imagination of a kerosene lamp, romantic candles, roses, and nightingales singing. This article studies the works of Shafeeka Yarkeen, Asifeh Shadab, Fereshteh Zeyai, who were the pioneers of the contemporary Uzbek women poetry in Afghanistan.  EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AND GROWTH OF SMALL BUSINESSES IN ABUJA   Murat AKYUZ& Michael Isaac OPUSUNJU   Abstract This study examined the effect of educational facilities on the growth of small businesses in FCT, Abuja, Nigeria, using survey research design with a population of 689 small businesses in FCT, Abuja. The sample size is 253 small businesses in Abuja using Taro Yamane formula to determine it. The study used simple random sampling method to select 235 owners or owner-managers of small businesses in Abuja. The method of data collection used was questionnaire which was administered to the respondents. The statistical tool adopted was regression. The findings revealed that there is a positive and insignificant impact of educational facilities on the growth of small businesses in FCT, Abuja.  ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT SYSTEM AND JOB SATISFACTION IN TELECOMMUNICATION SECTOR: MODERATING ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE   OJELEYE, Yinka Calvin  AKYUZ, Murat  OPUSUNJU, Michael Isaac   Abstract The state of job satisfaction in Sub-Sahara Africa is alarming, worrisome and discouraging below the global trend at 10%. This study examined organizational support system and job satisfaction in telecommunication sector: moderating role of organizational justice. This study is a quantitative research and convenience sampling technique was used. 140 pieces of structured questionnaires were distributed to the four major telecoms outfits (MTN, Globacom, Airtel and 9mobile) in Zamfara state out of which 98 were successfully filled and returned.      Qari Rahmatullah Vozeh and His Antology Named Tohfe-Tul Ahbab Fi Tadhkira-Tul As’hab   AKYUZ Murat, Ph.D   Abstract: Qari Rahmatullah Vozeh was a poet, doctor, scientist, and statesman who lived in Bukhara in the 19th century. He was well educated, and being fluent in Arabic, Persian, and Turkish (both Chagatai and Anatolian Turkish), he wrote poems in all three languages. He has written thirteen books and his most important work was the Tohfe-tul Ahbab fi Tadhkira-tul As’hab. In the period between the mid-19th century to the early 20th century, Tohfe-tul Ahbab fi Tadhkira-tul As’hab was one of the most important works from amongst the seven poetry anthologies written in the Khanate of Bukhara. Written in a biographical form, the work has been an important source of reference to all subsequent anthological works and literary history books written after it.
