Abstract
The state of job satisfaction in Sub-Sahara Africa is alarming, worrisome and discouraging below the global trend at 10%. This study examined organizational support system and job satisfaction in telecommunication sector: moderating role of organizational justice. This study is a quantitative research and convenience sampling technique was used. 140 pieces of structured questionnaires were distributed to the four major telecoms outfits (MTN, Globacom, Airtel and 9mobile) in Zamfara state out of which 98 were successfully filled and returned. The study found thatboth co-worker support and supervisory support were significant predictors of employee job satisfaction. The study also found that organization justice moderated the relationship between co-worker support, supervisory support and job satisfaction. The study recommended management efforts at creating and improving of the workplace where fairness, equity and love reigns.
